Beach towels not for hire, staff speak very limited English, bar staff leave you standing for 10 minutes waiting on change and even longer waiting to order a drink even though there's no queue, stand talking to each other or stocking shelves and serve you when it suites them. Restaurant staff are nice, however there are no food cards so you don't know what you are eating. Hotel only has one toilet pan on the entire hotel floor which is an invalid toilet for all holiday makers male and female to use, have to keep going up to your room. Food was cold at every meal time need to use microwave always. We were in room 2014-2 no balcony, beds were dreadful springs made it very uncomfortable. Private beach lovely with nice food, lovely staff.

If you like tennis this hotel is a must its full of tennis courts and tournaments for the over 60's they seemed to be having a great time. The sun loungers are hard plastic, the ones at the beach are better. This is a lovely hotel and very good value for money. My 18-year old daughter and I had a mini-break here in September. Our room was clean, well furnished and had a beautiful seaview. There was adequate storage with hanging space, shelves and drawers.

The hotel itself had an excellent restaurant (we were half board) with good choice of food at both breakfast and dinner with buffet style. All the staff (reception, restaurant, pool bar) were friendly, helpful and provided an excellent service. The town was too far away to walk, but this wasn't a problem as we had a hire car.īeach was pebbly, sea was very clean however the women were topless and some nudist sunbathing on the next beach along which may be offputting for families. We did find it difficult to find the resort coming from Alicante airport as there are no signs and my sat nav didn't recognise the address! But this really was the only problem we had with it.
